Dear Valued Praying Partners,
Thank you so much for all your prayers and partnerships. I am sending the last reports on Summer Camps.
Prayer Request:
1) Please pray with us for those new converts and all born again campers that they may grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
2) Please pray with us that the Lord will provide the needs for us to conduct Summer Camps next year in 2016 – in many different places in Myanmar.
Summer Sunday School/Youth Camp at Sialthawzaang, Tonzan Township:
The Summer Youth Camp was held at Sialthawzang, Tonzan Township, Chin State from March 25-29, 2015. The Camp was attended by around 170. There were four separate classrooms we had for the campers – two rooms for Salvation class, one room for Christian Life, and another room for Sunday School program. There are 58 children in Sunday School class. By God’s grace, 9 people from the Salvation class accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord! We pray and plan to hold Summer Youth Camp in Kale next summer in 2016.
Summer Sunday School Camp at Yee-tho:
This camp was held at Yes-tho village, Irrawaddy Division from April 13-17, 2015. 120 children attended. Ms. June Rose and Ms. Sah Eh She (alumni of SEABC) and some other local Sunday School teachers led the camp. As the Gospel was clearly and powerfully preached to those children, 40 of them accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord! Hallelujah! Please pray with us for the spiritual growth of those new converts and that many more children from this village will come to Christ.
Summer Sunday School/Youth Camp at Pale:
This camp was held in Pale, Yangon Division from April 13-16, 2015. The Camp was attended by 150 people (including 60 Sunday School children). The Youth group was divided into three groups and the Sunday School children were also divided into three groups. Ms. Lydia En Cing (a lecturer of SEABC), 6 alumni of SEABC and 6 Christian workers led the camp. There were different classrooms such as Salvation Class, Christian Life Class, etc. By God’s grace, around 30 campers accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. And many of them (already born again Christians) enjoyed the camp and were strengthened and edified by attending the camp.
Summer Sunday School Camp at Htan Pin Kong:
This camp was held at Htan Pin Gone, Yangon Division from March 12-14, 2015). The camp was attended by 40 children. Ms. Lydia En Cing (a lecturer of SEABC), Ms. Nuam Pi (alumni of SEABC) and Ms. Ziau Pi (local Sunday School teacher) successfully led the Camp. All the campers enjoyed attending the camp. By God’s grace, 5 of them clearly understood the Gospel and accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Praise the Lord!
Thank you very much for all your prayers and partnerships in the Lord’s Kingdom ministry especially in the Buddhist Land of Myanmar. To God be the glory!
Your co-worker in Christ,
